Refund Policy

You can return most products within 14 days of your purchase provided that:

  • You have valid proof of purchase
  • The product and packaging is in its original condition including all manuals and accessories
  • The product has not been used or damaged by you.

We are pleased to offer our customers their choice of a refund or replacement of an item that purchased from us that is:

  • Faulty
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Unsafe
  • Significantly different from the description given
  • Damaged/unusable during transportation

If you request a refund for any of the reasons listed above, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the above mentioned acceptable conditions.

Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

Refunds or exchanges can be made from PharmaDeal (online or in the store) where the original purchase was made.

We regret that we cannot provide a refund if you simply change your mind.

Note: In the interests of public health and safety, outside of your statutory rights, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on any medications, vitamins, baby formula or therapeutic products
